Lumdapk is a fully lightweight, offline-prioritized AI visual creation tool that requires no account registration, no login authorization, and no personal identity verification. All core creation functions can be used without submitting personal information. The App does not involve background collection of personal information. Facial elements in user materials are processed only locally on the user’s device for user-initiated visual creation tasks.
There are no hidden data collection functions, no automatic information uploading programs, and no background data monitoring. Users independently control their operation behaviors and creation materials. This policy covers all privacy-related scenarios of the App’s current functions.
Lumdapk implements a zero-active data collection mechanism. During image creation, dynamic clip generation, art style switching, motion intensity adjustment, canvas ratio setting, and filter application, we do not actively collect, record, or upload personal information. The App does not collect facial information from pictures, portraits, or visual materials uploaded or imported by users. Facial information undergoes local algorithm processing only on the user’s device and is never uploaded to any server, stored in any background database, or obtained by the developer.
The App does not collect basic information including name, gender, age, contact information, device identification, location, browsing records, or operation logs. There is no automatic data capture in any functional module, and no secret background acquisition of user data including facial information.
Reference images, custom text descriptions, generated pictures, dynamic short films, and other creation materials are stored locally on the user’s device by default. The App has no automatic cloud storage or cloud synchronization, and we do not obtain, store, or back up creation materials through remote servers. For materials containing facial features, we do not collect facial information, do not process it for non-creation purposes, and do not retain facial data after local creation is complete.
Users have full control over creation materials and may save, delete, sort, and reuse them for secondary creation. Deleting local materials clears the corresponding content on the device; we cannot retrieve or view deleted materials. Secondary creation still uses local algorithm rendering only and never collects facial information or material content from reused images.
When users create multi-style art images from reference materials, all rendering and style conversion run locally on the device. The App does not upload reference or generated images, and does not collect facial, feature, or content information from reference images. Artistic processing is solely for personal creation needs; no image or facial data is reserved by the App.
Static-to-dynamic processing runs locally on uploaded static images. During conversion into dynamic short films, we do not collect facial information, analyze facial features, or store dynamic video materials and facial data. All dynamic rendering completes on the user’s device with no transmission to external servers.
Canvas proportion, dynamic intensity, artistic filters, and similar settings are saved only locally and are not uploaded or synchronized externally. The App does not record parameter adjustment habits or preferences, and does not collect personal or facial information in this process.
Lumdapk will never share, disclose, transmit, or sell user-related data to any third party. Because the App does not collect personal information, operation data, creation materials, or facial information, there is no user data available to share. There is no third-party data access interface through which others could obtain device data, creation content, or facial information.
We will not disclose private information to advertising partners, data service providers, or other third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes. There is no data-sharing cooperation mechanism in App operation.
Lumdapk is designed and operated in accordance with application store compliance specifications, with no hidden functions, abnormal background behaviors, code obfuscation for concealment, or hot-update functions that hide data collection. Local processing algorithms operate on the user device and do not connect to unknown external networks to upload user data, especially facial information.
The App does not contain infringing content. Across installation, use, and update, we maintain zero collection of facial information and personal private data, so users can safely perform portrait beautification, art illustration, atmosphere short film production, and other creative operations.
Because Lumdapk does not collect, store, or process personal or facial information, users fully control their privacy while using the App. Users independently decide to upload, use, save, and delete creation materials and control App operations on the device. Core functions do not require privacy authorization or information verification beyond normal device permissions the user chooses to grant.
Creation behaviors and materials remain on the user’s mobile device. We do not restrict privacy operation rights or obtain facial or other user data through functional operation.
This Privacy Policy is long-term effective. If the App iterates later, we will continue not collecting facial information or actively collecting personal information, and will update this policy via the official application installation page when needed. Updated policies will keep the same protection standard and will not add facial or other data collection functions.
There are no uncertain or pending terms. All provisions reflect the App’s actual data processing and privacy rules and are consistent with Lumdapk’s real operation.

Across all usage links, we never collect, store, process, or share facial information from uploaded references, generated works, or dynamically processed videos.
